I get asked this all the time, and my answer is always the same: neither. 🤍

There’s no magic age to start caring for your skin there’s only the right plan for your skin right now. For some of my clients that looks like targeted clinical peels to address tone and texture. For others it’s building a solid routine, protecting the barrier, and focusing on collagen stimulation.

At the end of the day consistency will always beat trying to do too much at once. My clients who see the best long-term results are the ones who just stick to what works for them.
