Setback is the end of the process or the task (a result like a failure or compromise) you were engaged in where you may have already exhausted yourself both physically and mentally.

Comeback, on the contrary, is an event, where you have given or taken a lot of time to prepare yourself to walk again. Comeback is always accompanied with:
1. Lessons from mistakes.
2. Newly & carefully devised strategy.
3. Rejuvenating yourself like regaining the confidence.
4. That desperation to prove to yourself that you can do it.
So it has to be and is vigorous always; otherwise, it will never be a comeback.
