Mindfulness can be a simple way to slow down, reconnect with the present and support your mental well-being.

Taking care of your mental health is an important part of taking care of your overall health. Try taking a few minutes today to pause, take some deep breaths or simply notice whatโ€™s happening around you.

As kids and teens head back to school, they may face new social situations and peer pressure. One of the best ways to help them navigate these moments is to start the conversation early.

Here are a few ways to prepare your child:
๐Ÿš— Have a plan. Let them know they can always call or text if they need a safe ride home.
๐Ÿ’™ Build confidence. Remind them that it's okay to walk away from situations that don't feel right.
๐Ÿ‘‚ Keep the conversation going. One talk isn't enough. Regular, judgment-free check-ins help build trust.

This International Youth Day, let's support young people by giving them the confidence and tools to make healthy choices at school, with friends and beyond.
