Holistipedia is a wellness community reference hub that includes resources, events, blog, podcast and a directory for the following wellness dimensions:

❤️ Mental: engaging the world through learning, problem-solving, creativity, methods to cope with stress.

❤️ Emotional: being aware of, accepting and expressing our fee

lings, and understanding the feelings of others.

❤️ Social: connecting and engaging with others and our communities in meaningful ways.

❤️ Spiritual: searching for meaning and higher purpose in human existence.

❤️ Environmental: fostering positive interrelationships between planetary health and human actions, choices and wellbeing.

❤️ Financial: learning how to successfully manage financial expenses.

❤️ Occupational: preparing for work in which we gain personal satisfaction and find enrichment in our life. This community is two-fold: for wellness product and service providers and for those searching for them.

1. For the product and service providers (depending on listing level):

Green tea, particularly green tea extract, has been shown to increase fat-burning and boost metabolism, helping in weight loss efforts. The catechins in green tea help promote fat oxidation, particularly during exercise. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that may reduce acne and improve skin hydration.
