Hello. I’m planning on opening a shop very soon and I want to have someone on the team opening day. This will be a super chill laid back work enviroment. Im 22 years old and don’t like drama. I want everyone to get along with eachother. Although It will be a laid back environment all I ask for is for you to do what your job entales with no extra. I’m looking for a seasoned tattoo artist that has their own clients as it will be a new shop. Pay will be commision, I’m offering someone 50/50 to start. If business is going well you will be jumped to 65% and I will supply everything except needles, and machines. Once business is doing well i will offer to pay half of machine if yours is broken or not working. Please shoot me a message if your interested.
