๐๐ฝClose them, softly. (not like when you were a kid pretending to be asleep and your parent *somehow* always knew you were faking)
๐๐ฝRelax the outer upper edges of your eyelids. Oooh, that's the spot.ย
๐๐ฝGently look around with your eye balls. It's okay to feel a little stretch in those tissues.ย
๐๐ฝWait 'til you feel the urge to open them again. Open them by flickering them like butterfly wings.
๐๐ฝLastly, look out to the farthest spot you can see & focus on.

๐๐ฝ I took a hint okay! The first outdoor class offering filled up within an hour so I thought I better offer another opportunity to yoga this week. Tomorrow evening's yoga class is a pop-up, one time Friday night special! โ Message me to reserve your spot.
This is for the times when letting go seems elusive + out of reach in the moment.
Instead, explore approaching that very same topic from the perspective of being willing for a shift to occur. All of a sudden you're back in your flow. ๐ Allowing instead of forcing. Open to possibilities coming your way.
You may find the heaviness that is carried around feeling like you have to let go lifts, and an accessibility through the being willing for a shift to occur.
The shift is a lot more manageable. ๐
The willingness feels a lot more empowering. ๐๐ผ
The next time you feel like you need to let go try pausing, acknowledging your current thoughts + feelings, call in a deep breath + gently say to yourself " I am willing for ___________ [ insert life happening; limiting beliefs, heartache, struggle, sh*tty mood, etc.] to shift." And then be open to what comes up for you!
Ever feel like you dont know how or when to let go? ๐
