🤓Simple to prepare,yet colourful and refreshing 😋
🎨Just add 3 or more different fruits of different colours and you’ll have an attractive, decorative dessert on the table!
🎉l loved the fact that all the kids reached out for some fruits, and I believe that the display and colour played a huge role in that!
🏅So if you don’t normally enjoy fruit and find it hard to include in your diet, try something different this year #2024🔪 Cut up a few kinds and store them in single serve containers 🫙 you will find it easier to grab and eat later 🍒🍓🍑🍊🍉🍍🍏🍐🥝🥭

🥣We always think berries when we build a yogurt or oatmeal dish, but these citrus 🍊 oranges added sweetness and flavour to breakfast today!
🍊Loaded with vitamin C and fiber which is much needed in the 🤧 flu/cold season.

Quick recipe! Just added a 3/4 C greek yogurt, throw in 1/4 c oatmeal for energy and fiber, a tbsp chia seeds and any citrus fruits you have! You can add some honey or maple syrup for sweetness!

This quick mushroom 🍄 soup 🥣 was so easy to make and super tasty 😋
Loaded with vitamin D which we all need to increase our intake of especially during the winter 🥶 months.
Vitamin D is essential for bone 🦴 , muscle 💪,immune and mental health 🤗
It is found in many foods like fatty fish 🐟, fish 🐠 liver oil, mushrooms 🍄 and other fortified foods.
Many individuals might need a supplement to prevent deficiency, always consult with your doctor or dietitian
Here is my quick recipe:
2 cups mushrooms 🍄
1 medium onion
1 -2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter
2 cups milk, or cream
2 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano 🌿 and 1 tsp thyme
-Chop the mushrooms, onions and garlic and sauté with the oil and butter
-add the flour, salt and pepper , herbs and mix
- add the milk and keep stirring until it boils, simmer a few minutes and serve 😋

🍶A multivitamin would be recommended based on individual assessment of intake and needs.
🥗Many vitamins & minerals essential during pregnancy can be obtained through consuming daily balanced meals that include a variety of fruits, vegetables, proteins & whole grains.
🍛Healthy fats and fibers from food, for example, are needed for energy, satisfaction and blood sugar stabilization.
