Homemade all the way!! 🫶🏽
Ketchup
Ingredients:
9 ripe tomatoes
¼ cup brown sugar or honey or maple syrup
¼ cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
salt ( adjust to taste)
Recipe:
Firstly, blanch the tomatoes in enough water. Further cover and boil for 3 minutes or till the skin of tomatoes starts to separate. Cool down the tomatoes completely, and transfer to the blender. Puree the tomatoes without adding any water. Using a fine filter, extract the tomato puree separating seeds and skin of tomatoes.
Then, into a saucepan, add in the tomato puree, add in sugar, vinegar and all the spices. Mix well. Cook on low for 30-40 minutes or until desired consistency. Stirring occasionally.
2. Sweet Chili Sauce
Ingredients:
2-3 teaspoon dried red chilies flakes
(use more or less according to your preference)
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
5 garlic cloves – finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp corn flour + 2 tbsp water( mix to create a corn flour slurry)
Add rice vinegar, water, garlic, sugar, chilies and soy sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat while stirring to dissolve the sugar. When it starts to bubble, add in the corn flour slurry (premixed with the water, without lumps) and mix well so that it doesn’t clump. Let it cool completely and it’s then ready to use. Store in the refrigerator for up to two months.
3. Peanut Sauce
1/3 cup peanut butter (creamy) – homemade peanut butter
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
½ tsp sesame seeds
Recipe:
Add in all the ingredients into a bowl (except the water) and give it a good mix. Then, little by little add in the water, until the mixture turns into a sauce or dip like consistency. Mix well and it is ready to use. If you want the peanut sauce to be spicy then add in 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Keep it in a air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
4. Honey Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp sour cream
½ tbsp lemon juice
(Or diluted white vinegar)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp yellow mustard
Recipe:
Into a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and give it a good mix. It is ready to use, store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, in the refrigerator.

So...
If Red dye #40 kills a plant, what do you think it’s doing to our cells?
Below is a picture of a simple experiment of how different food coloring changes the color of the celery plant.
Well, take notice of the red dye #40...it KILLED the celery plant in just a day! Red dye #40 is in a lot of candy and processed foods, Gatorade, etc. 🤔 and it’s not like the other two are without effect, trust me. Just removing foods with artificial colorings/dyes could substantially change your child’s behavior, mood, hyperactivity, etc.
You would be amazed at how a child's behaviour can change just from cleaning up their diet. We work on being better every day! ☺️

Two Hashbrowns with mashed avocado 🥑 cilantro, organic everything bagel, sesame seasoning blend and a few drops of jamaican hot pepper sauce.
Very filling, delicious and packed with good fatty acids 🥰🥰

One of my favourite things to eat lately is to sauté a whole organic head of kale, and after 5 to 7 minutes of sautéing it in coconut oil OR you can use grapeseed oil I add nutritional yeast. I eat this several times a day. Kale and nutritional yeast together are amazing. But you’ve got to add quite a bit. I will show you in the comment section how much to add, and it’s packed with b12 vitamin.
Kale is a nutritious food rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, vitamin K, and beta-carotene. It also contains nutrients that can support eye health, weight management, heart health, and more.
Today I decided to pair it with fried okra. That’s also extremely delicious, fry until borderline crispy. I added Himalayan salt, turmeric, and red chilli flakes absolutely delicious and not to forget I made roti the (bread) I eat this kale so often that I have noticed myself feeling better, and my nails growing stronger and longer 😊

In order to use up what I had in the fridge I made a vegan breakfast with roti and fried kale red peppers onions corn from last night and I put lots of nutritional yeast on it. That’s filled with vitamin B 12 and is amazing for people who are vegan. Please see the comment section for the nutritional yeast that I use. It’s so delicious on vegetables such as kale  it literally takes cheesy and salty 😁

Do you have avocados 🥑 that are ready to eat but you are not ready to eat them. Place them in water completely submerged and put them in the fridge. They will last an extra week and a half to 2 weeks.
Avocados are expensive and this is a great way to keep them fresh!!

Get your chia seeds anyway you can!! I put a few teaspoons of organic chia seeds in my water!!
Chia seeds provide insoluble fiber which helps keep you fuller longer and bulks up stool to prevent constipation. They also deliver healthy fats, protein, and cell-protecting antioxidants. Chia seeds are a good source of minerals, such as:
calcium
iron
zinc
copper
manganese
niacin
magnesium

Mine and my daughters breakfast. An amazing way to start the day. Same recipe as the post below except this time I blended mangos with almond milk instead of strawberries. Then once you blend your mango chunks with almond milk, you add a couple of tablespoons of Chia seeds stir mix put in the fridge for about 20 minutes to 30 minutes and it will become like a pudding, then I added my coconut plain yoghurt because I try to not do dairy and then I just top it with some sliced bananas and maple syrup. These breakfasts are so packed with nutrients such as omega-3, which are great for the heart. Great for the skin great for your colon great for so much added fiber, and energy!!!

BUT THIS IS JUST DELICIOUS
So quick and delicious!! Gives energy great digestion, great for your heart good for bones and also reduces inflammation with so many other more benefits.
Grab your magic bullet blender, fruit of your choice along with the milk of your choice I used organic strawberries, and almond mil blend milk and fruit, Once your done blending add few spoonfuls Chia seeds. Store it in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes. Then I added some coconut plain yoghurt because on top shown in picture. I’m trying to avoid dairy as it’s inflammatory for me and in general dairy is inflammatory add some toppings I sliced bananas and I put some local maple syrup on the top. It’s thick. It’s delicious and it’s filling.

So I posted a video below about pomegranates and how I decided to try the method that girl used and wow it works so well. I always struggle to buy these because I always thought to myself. They’re so hard to get what’s inside. But after this, I am so super happy because it works so well. Follow the video on my previous post works like a charm.

Good quality oil I use avocado oil. I heat it up in a pan. I add lots of fresh garlic. I let it cook down a bit then add some diced white onion let that brown couple of minutes and then I add a few tablespoons of finely diced tomatoes from the can. My finely diced tomatoes, contain olive oil and garlic that we’re written on the can. Let that cook for a minute then Add a half a teaspoon of Garham masala spice and Himalayan salt. Let everything simmer and really cook together for around five minutes or a little more. Once you start to see everything come together it smells delicious. Mash an avocado I put some Himalayan salt on my avocado, spread it over toast and then add your hot marinade from the stove top that was cooking.#DELICIOUS

Homemade Dijon salad dressing You can also add honey if you’d like to it. I didn’t this time because I added fresh strawberries to my salad. But with honey and gives it one more note of deliciousness🥗

Banana smoothie topped with pomegranate I eat with a spoon. My go to its DELICIOUS Banana 🍌 boost energy levels Helps digestion, antioxidant. Bananas also release a mood regulating substance called tryptophan’s which is converted to seratonin that helps elevate moods (happiness) Pomegranate amazing antioxidant benefits and so much more. 😊 Ingredients. Almond milk and a frozen banana. I love my smoothies really thick so I can eat this with a spoon. 
Results from last nights prep, just add cooked pasta delicious 👌🏽. Final product comment section. Top with more fresh basil. Delicious
Chia seed pudding Full of great benefits and super easy for breakfast top with blueberries once you remove it from the fridge or any of your favourite fruit you might have afterwards. I’ve done blueberries because I have fresh local blueberries. ENJOY!!
Here is a tip On how to get the stone Out of an avocado. Put your two first fingers around the stone and your thumb on the back and push on the back and the stone will pop out 🥑 👈🏾
