Neil Rosenthal, long time Pedorthist at SoleFit, running and strength/conditioning coach, and fitness enthusiast of 30 years (you name it, he’s probably done it) will be conducting 2 workshops this month, May 11th and 25th, covering the fundamentals on recovery, mobility, flexibility and keeping the body moving optimally to avoid or hurdle injuries.
👉🏼 Learn the why, when and how of using practices, tools and protocols to be one step ahead of problems of overuse and under-recovery.
👉🏼 In this 90-minute workshop we will get into:
> work/energy/stress demands & management, > applying warm-up routines & cool-down recovery.
> flexibility vs mobility training, > head-to-toe joint mobility routine, > applying the minimum effective dose for maintenance & bulletproofing the body against injury.
💥 We will supply mobility tools to be used during the class with optional discounted purchase availability after the session.
Weather permitting we will go outside to stretch on the grass.
