Hello Friends!

I thought it is time to re-introduce myself here and welcome everyone who started to follow me recently! Here is a little bit about my story.

I have been interested in health and wellness all my life, and I love good food, which brought me to Le Cordon Bleu - French cuisine and pastry school.
During that time I learned about a low carb lifestyle and I realized that I can have both - my health and delicious meals! So after graduating from French Cuisine and Pastry
school I decided to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist Practitioner.

I am passionate about guiding people towards metabolic health with the help of a low carbohydrate lifestyle.

I have personally followed a LCHF lifestyle for over 6 years.

I firmly believe that when we are in our optimal health, we can bring something good into the world, to make it a little better.

Who is a holistic nutritionist?

When I chose the program to study nutrition I had no clue that there is a difference between nutritionist and holistic nutritionist. But let me tell you, the difference is huge!

Both specialists are working with food and eating habits in order to improve the quality of life and wellbeing.

But holistic nutritionist is also interested in other aspects of your life, not only food. If you work with me, we will most definitely talk about your sleep, your stress levels, what you do do fun, how do you deal with emotions and how is you spiritual health. Why?

The thing is, I believe that person’s health is affected by multiple factors, not by food alone. Our health is a combination of physical, emotional, and spiritual health. To improve your feeling of well-being we can’t just improve one area and call it a day. We need to look at it as a whole, addressing everything.

The amazing thing is that many times changes in those areas lead to other changes in life - people switch jobs, opened their own businesses, decluttered their houses, moved - all because changes have a ripple effect, and sometimes not only affecting you, but also people around you.

So yes, I do help people with their food choices. But usually it is just the start.
