Andrew Jones PT We are a fitness center that specializes functional fitness. We are a small fitness studio whose philosophy revolves around improving strength, conditioning and movement.

We are not big on how much you can lift but on how well you can move and for how long. We offer various strength and conditioning classes plus yoga. Yoga Tune Up is a class that specializes in soft tissue massage and mobility.
