Just Be You!
Established in 2008, Yoga & Tea Studio is located in the village of Carp, and we proudly serve the surrounding regions of Kanata, Stittsville, Almonte, Arnprior, Carleton Place, Kinburn, Dunrobin and Constance Bay. We offer various styles of yoga, such as Hatha, Yin, Kundalini & Restorative, doing our best to make classes accessible for any fitness level, age and life-stage! We also offer other wellness modalities such as MELT Method, massage and treatments.
Our studio is also a training facility for Yoga Teacher Training programs, recognized by Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga School, and designated as a private educational institution. We have been awarded “Best Health & Wellness Business” by the local chamber of commerce six years in a row, and do our upmost to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
Enjoy yoga in quaint rural Ottawa and you'll also have the experience of complimentary tea after each class!

TheHumm's Daily Dose: online yoga, delivering groceries to seniors, and a virtual April Humm!
Starting today (Monday, March 23), Carp's Yoga & Tea Studio will be offering their daily schedule of yoga classes LIVE online since the studio is temporarily closed due to Covid-19. Find out more and register at

Looking for a way to help out locally? Carebridge Community Support is partnering with Your Independent Grocer in Carleton Place to offer grocery deliveries to seniors and persons at risk. To do this they will need volunteers with police and vulnerable sector screening checks. Volunteer jobs will include people to answer and process shopping requests and to do deliveries in the community. Orders can be placed from 9-12 Monday to Friday with deliveries each afternoon once they are set up. To register as a volunteer, please contact Jeff Mills at
[email protected]
And finally, we have decided to publish a "virtual April Humm", coming to
http://www.thehumm.com/online/article.cfm on April 1. Our wonderful contributors and columnists are all working away on their submissions, and we are looking for ways to support local businesses, organizations and cultural institutions by disseminating information about them. As soon as we upload the issue, we will start including links to articles in our Daily Dose, so stay tuned, stay calm and be kind!
