One of the biggest shifts I want women to make is moving from “What should I cut?” to “What is missing?”
It was the biggest and BEST shift I ever made!

That changes the conversation from restriction to nourishment and meal structure. Think fueling your body versus trying to fool it!

If you're tired of trying to eat less while still feeling hungry, start by looking at the whole plate. There is a super simple formula...

My free 7 Balanced Plate Recipes give you seven simple examples without requiring a complicated meal plan. Check out the link in my BiO :)

Which is more familiar: adding something to make a meal satisfying, or removing something because you think you shouldn't eat it?

I know the old message: if nothing is changing, eat less. Or maybe you have heard you need to be in a "calorie deficit" to effectively lose weight.

But constantly cutting portions can leave you thinking about food all day and wondering why “being good” feels so hard.

I want to shift the conversation toward what your meals are actually providing.

Enough protein. Enough fibre. Enough satisfying food. A structure you can repeat.

If you want to start there, my free 7 Balanced Plate Recipes are designed to make balanced eating simple. LINK in BIO or comment RECIPE and I'll get the link into your hands.

Which feels more familiar: constantly trying to eat less, or eating a meal and still feeling like you didn't really eat? Either one has become the definition of insanity in my opinion, there is a better way I promise XO

More recipes can actually create more decisions. If that's all we really needed was more recipes then why are we still trying to figure out what's for dinner at 4pm?

What sounds good? What does the family want? Do I have everything? How long will it take? Those are the decisions you can make earlier to save you that fatigue later on...

A simple meal structure can make healthy eating much easier because you aren't starting from zero every night.

Protein. Vegetables. A satisfying carbohydrate. Flavour. Then repeat and rotate. Yes you can repeat recipes, you don't need to recreate the wheel my friend XO

That is the kind of practical structure I built into my 4-Week Reset Meal Plan. Want to check out my free guide? Check out the link in my BIO or comment RECIPES and I'll put it into your hands!

BTW What's more exhausting for you: deciding what to make or figuring out what you actually have in the fridge?

If you're standing in the kitchen at 5 PM wondering what on earth you're going to make, I hear you. Been there, done that and I have the T Shirts to prove it!

The problem may not be that you need more recipes. Or even inspiration .... It may be that every night starts from zero and that is hard to start from every time.

A repeatable structure gives you a starting point and removes some of the decisions when your brain is already tired.

That's exactly why the 4-Week Reset Meal Plan is built around more than recipes. It's tried, tested and truly one of the best things I have ever gifted myself - peace XO

Which is your bigger problem: deciding what to make or getting everyone to agree on it?

Want a free taste test of my meal plan? Check out the link in my BIO or comment RECIPES and I'll send it your way XO

By dinner time, you've already made a ridiculous number of decisions.
So when someone asks, “What's for dinner?” it can feel like one decision too many. It could be the tipping point....

The answer isn't necessarily more recipes. Sometimes what you need is a repeatable structure that removes the blank page or slate that is causing you stress.

That is one of the reasons I created the 4-Week Reset Meal Plan.

But tell me the real-life version: when dinner becomes too much, are you more likely to order takeout or stand in the kitchen staring into the fridge?

Want a free taste test of my meal plan - check out the link in my BIO or comment RECIPES and I will send you something that will help you make smarter decisions that save you time and brain power later!

This distinction changed the way I look at food.

A meal can be made with nutritious ingredients and still leave you hungry, unsatisfied or reaching for something else later. Perfect example is a salad made up of beautiful vegetables and ZERO protein or carbs...

The goal isn't to make your food “healthier and healthier.”

The goal is to build meals that actually support you.

If you want a simple starting point, I created 7 balanced, 5-ingredient recipes you can use without overthinking dinner or dieting. Check out the link in my BIO or comment RECIPES and I'll put the link into your messages!

Real life question: which is more frustrating for you ... eating what you think is healthy and still feeling hungry, or eating less and being miserable by the end of the day? PS I may have done both!??

If 3 PM is when you suddenly feel like you could eat everything in the kitchen, I want you to stop making it a character judgement.

Look earlier. This is a trust me moment - I've learned this and I really want you to know this!

Breakfast. Lunch. The gaps between meals. How much protein and overall food you actually had. All of this affects cravings, over eating, snacking and even your sleep patterns!

Your afternoon experience is worth looking at as part of the whole day. It's being proactive with your health and wellness XO

This is exactly the kind of practical meal structure I walk you through in my 4-Week Reset Meal Plan.

Tell me the real-life version: are you more likely to have a sweet craving at 3 PM or feel completely ravenous by dinner? Sometimes I was both!

09/24/2026

I know this because I've lived it.
This is for the woman I used to be.
The woman who thought her weight, her health and her energy was because she wasn't smart enough, not disciplined enough and certainly not capable to figure it out!
I was very good at beating myself up. I blamed myself because others seemed to figure it out but I just kept failing.
What changed for me was simple - I recognized that I was reaching for advice that didn't suit what I needed in this season of life - I needed to go back to the basics and start rebuilding the foundations.
This is why I created my 4 Week Reset Meal Plan - it doesn't just tell you what to eat, how to make it land on your plate and keep it balanced, I share the WHY behind the HOW. I will help you understand why rebuilding your foundations instead of putting bandaids on bullet wounds might be the best place for you to start.
Want a free taste test? Check out the LINK in my BIO or comment RESET and I will set you up with the LINK to check out how to simplify your life.
PS YOU ARE ENOUGH XO

I want more women to hear this. REALLY it is very important when making some real change.

Needing food in the afternoon doesn't mean you have failed. And reaching for something sweet doesn't automatically mean you have no discipline. It took me a long time to understand why this was so hard for me.

Sometimes your body is simply asking for something your earlier meals didn't provide enough of.

Instead of asking, “What's wrong with me?” start asking, “What happened earlier today?”

That small shift can change the conversation you have with your body, mind and soul! It's lifechanging really XO

If you want help building more satisfying meals, my free 7 Balanced Plate Recipes are available through the link in my BIO or comment RECIPES and I'll send it your way!

Which is more familiar: the 3 PM sweet craving or the “I could eat the whole kitchen” feeling by dinner? I feel confident telling you I used to experience both and sometimes on the same day!

If 3 PM is when the wheels start coming off, I want you to look earlier in the day. TRUST ME.

Sometimes the afternoon problem starts with breakfast or a lunch that simply didn't give you enough protein, fibre, fat, carbohydrate or overall food to stay satisfied. So now you feel "snacky"...

That doesn't mean every craving has one cause. It means your earlier meals are worth looking at before you blame yourself for what happens later.

This is exactly why I teach balanced plates. It made the world of a difference for me and how I eat on the daily now.

My free 7 Balanced Plate Recipes give you an easy place to start. Check out the link in my BIO or comment RECIPES and I'll share it with you!

Be honest: when the afternoon hits, are you reaching for coffee first or something sweet?" Sometimes I was a bit of column A and then column B....
