✨ WAITLIST UPDATE: please read! ✨

Good news, my waitlist feature is back up and running! 🥳

This feature is extremely beneficial for me and I want to be able to continue offering it, so I ask kindly that clients do not add themselves unless I have asked you to. If there are too many people trying to book an appointment the system flags it and treats it as if my system is being hacked which shuts the appointment down.

If I have told you within the last 3 weeks that you are on the waitlist, you have been added into the system and will now be notified VIA EMAIL if anything becomes available.

Such a great explanation as to why “no pain, no gain” is NOT the goal in my treatments. Sure, it’s going to be to the point of discomfort at times but it should never be to the point of pain. And please, please, please, remember to breathe. But if you forget, I’ll remind you before you pass out 🤪

It seems cold and flu season is upon us! 🤒 🤧

A gentle reminder that you will not be charged a last minute cancellation fee if it is due to illness. I would much rather you stay home and get rested than try to make it to your appointment. If you do happen to show up feeling under the weather, you may be asked to wear a mask or reschedule to avoid generously sharing your germs 😅

🚨 WAITLIST UPDATE 🚨

The waitlist feature in online booking will temporarily be disabled due to system issues!

I sincerely apologize to folks that have been struggling with booking through the waitlist notifications or simply not receiving them. I have notified Jane and while they are looking into the issue the waitlist feature will not be accessible. This may take a few days so if you were on the waitlist, you will be hearing from me directly VIA EMAIL regarding any openings.

✨ Availability update ✨

Hi folks, with the exception of a couple appointments I am currently booking into the week of November 16th and availability is quickly dwindling for the remainder of the year. If you are not currently booked for the remainder of 2026 and would like to do so, please reach out asap.

I will also not be adding Thursdays back into my schedule once the market closes, so my schedule will remain as the hours I’ll list below:

Monday: 11am-6pm
Tuesday: 11am-6pm
Wednesday: 9:30am-5pm

Important information/service update: Prenatal massage

Hi folks, I wanted to quickly mention how important it is to keep your massage therapist up to date with any health changes and that includes the early stages of pregnancy. I understand that a lot of people like to keep that news to themselves early on/during the first trimester but it is critical information your massage therapist needs to be aware of and will always be kept confidential. All massage therapists may have different opinions on when treatment is safe, but for me personally I will not massage anyone during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy due to the possible risks.

With all of that being said, I will no longer be offering prenatal massage as a service here in the clinic. I have loved the opportunity to work with expecting moms but as I focus more and more on injury rehabilitation it unfortunately is a service I will be discontinuing.

Good morning everyone,

Just a heads up that I am temporarily not taking on new clients as I head into peak season with the market. I will resume taking on new clients in September, but will be limited to day time appointments only as all evening spots are booked or held for the remainder of the year.

It’s been brought to my attention that my online booking link is not allowing new clients to add themselves to the waitlist and unfortunately that is because my waitlist is currently at capacity.

I am currently booking 6 weeks in advance with 20 clients on the waitlist so I sincerely apologize to those that have been looking to get in. The option to private message me is always an option and we can discuss your case, I am still however focusing on injury rehabilitation.

Slight change in policies:

Please note going forward cancellations the day of the appointment will be charged a 50% fee of the service being cancelled. Unfortunately having less than 12 hours notice doesn’t always allow me to fill the spot which results in people on the waitlist not getting booked and a loss of income for me.

If either a last minute cancellation fee or no show fee (no change in that policy) occurs, they must be paid before receiving or booking your next treatment. If you have pre-booked multiple appointments and payment has not been received 24 hours prior to the next scheduled appointment it will be cancelled and offered to someone on the waitlist.

In the event of a no show, I will make one attempt to contact you 10-15 mins after the missed appointment time. It is very important that you connect with me to avoid having future appointments cancelled.
