We don't use harsh chemicals or detergents and therefore, there is a much reduced risk of skin irritations developing in sensitive people. It works!!!, and unlike other systems I do not use any type of surfactants which are extremely hard to remove once applied to the surface and re-attract dirt and grime much quicker making it even harder to clean each progressive time. The system I use is " Hot Water Extraction" and will get rid of the unbelievable stuff that gets trapped in carpets and furniture.Things like bacteria, fungus, Pollens, Grease, gravel, Pet stains, Soot, Grime and much more. The equipment I use have 2 separate vacuum motors for a combined total of 3 horsepower. This insures that the water from the jets that can be cranked up to almost 500psi.will be promptly removed and will leave the surface completely dry in a very short time period. Surfaces are dry in (under normal conditions) 2-4 hours.Very often even less than that! Every job I do I stand behind 100% .
