I’m incredibly proud to be part of the IFACC team, advocating for the next generation of children. Every child deserves a food environment that protects their health—not one designed to cultivate addiction. Prevention matters, early action matters, and young voices must be at the centre of this change. 💛
IFACC 2026 is coming - with an urgent focus on preventing ultra‑processed food (UPF) addiction in children.
This year the International Food Addiction Children’s Conference (IFACC) proudly features UNICEF’s Fix My Food youth initiative, amplifying the leadership of young people driving change in their schools, communities, and countries.
On 14 November 2026, join youth ambassadors, academics, clinicians, and global experts for a fast‑paced, youth‑centred online event exploring the latest science, lived experience, and international perspectives on why early action matters - and what we can do right now.
Across three sessions, we’ll cover:
• Youth leadership and real stories from today’s food environments
• Emerging science on UPF addiction and early prevention
• How global food systems shape children’s health
• Practical steps families, schools, and professionals can take
Your ticket helps drive change. All proceeds support Collaboration for Kids (CFK) and UNICEF’s Fix my Food youth initiative, funding prevention, youth advocacy, and healthier food environments for children across multiple countries.
If you care about children’s wellbeing - as a parent, educator, health professional, policymaker, or advocate - this event is for you.
