The famous “ I knew it, I should have listened to myself, trusted myself more, etc”

That is when you abandoned yourself, every-time that shatters the bond you have with yourself,

Your self- trust = your confidence

Confidence is trust you build with yourself

Everytime you honor your desire, your inner voice, the real no or yes

It’s about learning to trust yourself and the decisions you make, without lingering shame, guilt, fear, doubt etc

Is it easy?
No

It’s a daily process

It’s not about having it all figured out, because no one does

It’s about quietly knowing who you are and trusting yourself

- Remembers all the appointments
- Plans all the meals and knows what everyone likes
- Answers everyone’s questions and texts
- Keeps the peace and makes sure everyone is ok
- And knows where the missing - anything- is!

I’m talking about you-YOU.

The one under all the roles
The one with opinions, desires, random ideas at 2am
The one that did random things because they sounded fun

Somewhere along the way you became REALLY good at being everything for everyone .

Validation feels good, but it can’t replace self-trust.

You don’t have to be independent and make all the decisions, all the time, we are a part of the whole.

External validation only becomes a problem when you don’t trust yourself to make any decisions and need constant confirmation before you take any action. It is a false sense of confidence, and a temporary relief of self- doubt.

Outsourcing your trust in others, keeps you stuck, keeps you frustrated and like things are out of your control.

The strength needs to be built to rely on what you know to be true, from within , and that means working of self- approval.

If this resonates, stay a while. Confidence and self- trust are a process.

A process that’s worth it, cuz you’re worth it ✨💕

Depression is a state we all go through, just like any other.
We are human
The difference is in how we handle these states

You choose:
Victim or Power

Getting the right support is vital in passing through with clarity and understanding.

I’ve been there, I go there at times but I no longer spiral, instead I choose to understand what is no longer working and how to action a new outcome that feels more energizing and supportive to who I am becoming.

I believe this to be true for you as well ✨💕
