How often have you told yourself that you β€œshouldn’t” feel angry, sad, afraid or overwhelmed?

Judging an emotion doesn’t make it disappear. It often adds another layer of shame, guilt or frustration to what you’re already carrying.

Healing begins when you allow yourself to become curious instead:

What am I feeling?
What may have brought this forward?
What does this part of me need right now?

You don’t have to agree with every thought or act on every emotion. You can simply acknowledge what is present and meet yourself with compassion. πŸŒ™

πŸŒ‘Our inner shadows are often the emotions, memories, needs and parts of ourselves we have learned to hide. Not because they are bad, but because at some point, it may not have felt safe to express them.

πŸŒ‘Healing does not require us to fear or fight these hidden places. It invites us to meet them gently, with curiosity and compassion.
