I am about to get very loud about this new not-for profit. I hope you’ll listen and get curios about how you can be part of creating Ripples too 🌊
We can’t avoid the hard.
That’s part of being human.
There will be grief. Loss. Change. Stress. Uncertainty. Relationships will shift. Families will struggle. Life will sometimes feel heavy and chaotic.
Just as there will be joy. Love. Connection. Celebration. Seasons when things feel lighter.
We don’t get one without the other.
So what if, instead of waiting until we’re in the middle of the hard, we spent more time building the tools and resilience to help us move through it?
What if we learned more about ourselves, our relationships, our nervous systems, and each other?
What if we created more opportunities to connect, have meaningful conversations, learn practical skills, and build capacity, before we desperately need them?
That’s why we created Ripple.
And Ripple is for everyone.
You don’t need to be struggling.
You don’t need a diagnosis.
You don’t need to be in crisis.
You don’t need to prove that you need support.
You just need to be human.
Because every one of us will move through hard seasons. And every one of us can benefit from having more tools, stronger connections, greater understanding, and a community around us.
Ripple will bring proactive programs, groups, conversations, education and community initiatives into Lanark County, helping us build resilience and capacity not just as individuals, but as families, workplaces and communities.
We can’t prevent the hard parts of being human.
But we can be better equipped for them, together.
That’s the ripple we’re trying to create. 🌊
