Reflecting on thirty years of practicing and teaching Usui Reiki brings such deep gratitude.

When I first opened my doors back in October 1996, Reiki was largely unfamiliar, yet wonderful clients and students took a leap of faith, trusting the gentle, transformative power of the energy. That trust is what allowed Reiki to blossom in our community.

My wonderful admin support person Louise recently sat down with me for a heart-to-heart chat about how this journey began, the evolution of my practice, and our beautiful home at the Lotus Wings Building here in Perth.

If you're curious about the story behind my path into Reiki, how we approach energy work, or what makes the space at Lotus Wings feel so peaceful the moment you walk through the door, you can watch our full conversation here:

Thank you for thirty years of mindful connection, growth, and shared community.

The Meditation training offered through this organization appealed to me about 20 years ago. Life being life, I stopped my meditation practice over the years and finally picked it up over the weekend by refreshing the training. This practice gave me the opportunity to quiet my busy mind. I am so grateful!!

Join Our Shuchu Reiki Gathering!

What happens when a group of Reiki Practitioners get together over Zoom to beam Reiki energy out into the world? We call it Shuchu!
Shuchu is a beautiful form of a Reiki Gathering where we pool our collective energy to offer distant sendings to loved ones outside of our circle. All it takes is a photograph of the person receiving the sending, and through Zoom, we create a powerful wave of healing support to send their way.
Whether you are looking to practice your skills, connect with our wonderful community, or just spend some time soaking in the good vibes, we would absolutely love to have you join us.

When:
Thursday October 8th, 2026 at 8:00pm
What is needed:
A digital photograph of the person you would like us to send Reiki to. It could be yourself.

Please send in your photo by Monday Monday October 5th so we can prepare.

If you would like to be one of the "Reiki Senders" connect with Denise at [email protected].
Level I Reiki training is required.

You’re Invited to a Reiki Share with Denise on Sunday October 4th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm!

Experience the healing energy of Reiki in a welcoming and supportive group setting. Whether you’re trained in Reiki or simply curious, all are welcome. We begin with a short meditation, followed by group treatments where each participant receives Reiki from one or more practitioners. Everyone has a turn at the table, creating a powerful and shared healing experience. The session lasts about two hours.
There is no fee, but a free-will offering is gratefully accepted, with proceeds supporting the Children’s Make-A-Wish Foundation.
