The weather is co-operating nicely, the Simcoe Lions Club Community Chicken BBQ is a go this afternoon from 4-7 pm. There are still a few tickets available, it's a great deal, 20$ for a half chicken, baked potato, coleslaw and a bun. Children's meals for 12$. There will be a drive-thru option for anyone with mobility issues, you get a great meal delivered right to your vehicle and you help support the many projects the Lion's fund to help make our community thrive.

Susan and I posed for a wedding picture on July 7, 1984, there was no internet, no personal computers or cell phones. Today 4 decades later, I made this photo with two digital photos and a verbal command on my phone. We live in a world of wonder.
