𝐼𝒻 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓌𝒶𝓃𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓁𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓃 𝑅𝑒𝒾𝓀𝒾 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓃 𝒿𝑜𝒾𝓃 𝓊𝓈 𝒩𝑜𝓋 𝟩𝓉𝒽!
There are so many reasons why you may be drawn to learn Reiki and it varies person to person depending on where you are in your life journey. One thing I do know is that Reiki will find you when you need it most and gift you with healing in the form that you need.

I have been practicing Reiki for 18 years and have been teaching Reiki for 13 years. Over the years I have been frequently asked why one would learn Reiki as many think that learning Reiki is for those who want to practice on others. The truth is you can learn all levels of Reiki for yourself and not practice on anyone if you choose. If you do want to practice on others you can also do that by taking just one level.

Learning Reiki is a journey that will progress in a way that is unique to you. I can not tell you why you should learn Reiki, however, I would like to share a glimpse into how Reiki has benefited me over the years so you can intuit whether you would like to invite Reiki into your own life.

What you can expect in this Workshop:
You will learn about Reiki (Life Force Energy), including the history, Reiki Principles, and healing techniques as per the Usui Reiki Tradition
You will be given a Level One Reiki Manual and certificate
You will be introduced to the energy centres/ chakras
You will guided through an energy building meditation
You will receive level one reiki attunements
You will learn self healing techniques and practice in class
You will learn how to give a reiki healing session on another and practice in class
This workshop will be interactive, and allow for questions and open discussions to help you on your reiki journey.
The intention for this workshop is to connect you with Reiki Life Force Energy and all you need to know to create a healing practice for yourself!

Celebrating 7 years today - that’s two thousand, five hundred and fifty seven days since we have opened the doors to Shantee Healing.

As I reflect back on what a beautiful journey this has been so far, I wanted to thank every one of you for the gift of your presence you have brought. Whether it has been in person or on-line, a brief moment or many, I am grateful for it all. Your presence, your time, your energy is what makes Shantee Healing truly magical.

Shantee Healing was once just a vision in my mind’s eye and a longing in my heart. A vision to create a space where healing and peace are felt deep within as we connect and share our energies together. It’s been a true blessing to be able to experience this with you. I have laughed with you, I have cried with you, I have healed with you and I have grown with you.

Be led into a guided meditation practice as you float in a zero gravity chair in the serene environment of our Salt Cave
Halotherapy is included to help clear and open your airways and bring in more oxygen in every inhalation
Guided meditations may include visualizations and imagery, breathwork, affirmations, and energy work
Meditation circle is completed with an individual Oracle Card Message
Sessions are approximately 1 hour
