Fall brings change and changes are coming to Soul Bright. For now our hours will be a bit inconsistent as I transition to living out on the river. Please reach out by text or messenger if you do not see a time on the schedule that fits for you. I am also working on some luscious experiences - Imagine a warm fire, luxurious relaxation and time spent watching the tides…follow along to see what we have on offer 🌿

Foxglove are in my top 5 most favourite parts of summer! My fella brought a gorgeous bouquet to the studio and also the lovely reed flower made by a Telkwa artist. Instant joy when I look at them 💗

Hello Friends! It has been a hot minute since I introduced myself so welcome to new followers and anyone who has not met me yet!

I am Trish. I was born in Terrace, grew up in Prince George and with stops in Victoria, Calgary, Chetwynd and a little island Village called Freeport in Nova Scotia I have been settled and living in Prince Rupert since 2012.

I enjoy curious conversations about cryptids, paranormal and unexplained encounters, Sasquatch, astrology …. I’m interested in all of it 💫

I started practicing reflexology part time in 2017, certified in Ayurvedic head massage in 2023 and have been practicing full time non-registered body work since 2024

If you would like to learn more about how my treatments could support your wellness please reach out or book an appointment

come rest with me 🌿
