I just saw a post in one Buy and Sell page in Red Deer of a lady offering some quick fix weight loss product and more than 90 people had requested Information.
I have to admit that sometimes I am baffled at people's decisions.

So a person will eat junk food, sit on the couch for hours without any fresh air, drinking soda or beer and watching television. And that same person will not even take the dog out for a 15 min walk, but wants to lose weight and be healthy popping a pill?
I cannot tell you how many people write to me daily asking me if they can drink the Beet Kvass only once and have their liver detoxed.
And I just don't know how to answer to this without offending them.

Then take 1 tsp of Ground flaxseed stir it in a cup of milk Kefir, followed by a glass of Water. Do this Every morning (and night if desired) day for 2 weeks.
And another equally important part is the Position on the toilet. You need to immitate a "squatting position". Thus put a small chair beneath your feet. No need to buy anything dense if you don't want to. But this is the way to clear everything that is in the colon.
