Trained through Canadian Laser Institute, APT Training Academy in Ontairo, Dr. Tim Pearce in Europe and The International Academy of Aesthetics in Beverly Hills. Alongside Dr. Kathy Ferguson, she will professionally assess, discuss and implement treatments that are individualized to the unique needs of each client. She understands the importance of looking and feeling great. Jodie has spent her career working as an Emergency nurse and she remains doing so therefore her hours fluctuate at the clinic.

A quick reminder about our cancellation policy 🤍

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. Giving at least 24 hours’ notice when you need to cancel or reschedule helps our team make the most of their schedules and gives another client the opportunity to take that appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments affect more than the schedule. They can mean lost work time for our staff, lost income for the business, and a missed opportunity for someone else who was hoping to get in.

A valid credit card is required when booking online. Your card is not charged when you book; it is kept on file in accordance with our cancellation policy. If your card isn’t working or you’re unable to add one online, please contact us before your appointment so we can discuss the $75 e-transfer deposit option.

If a late-cancellation or missed-appointment fee applies and the card on file can’t be processed, payment is still expected. Please settle any outstanding fee before booking your next appointment.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as you can. Thank you for respecting our team’s time and helping us keep appointments available for all of our clients. 🤍

Today, I’m feeling especially grateful—for my family and friends who have supported SkinDiva from the very beginning and throughout every stage of its growth.

Building this business has taken countless long days, late nights, sacrifices and a whole lot of heart. Its success didn’t happen overnight, and every step forward has been deeply meaningful to me.

I have also been very thoughtful and intentional about choosing the right women to join the SkinDiva team. To my incredible team—my second family—thank you for bringing your exceptional knowledge, talent and passion to SkinDiva. Watching you work together, support one another and celebrate each other’s individual successes is truly what SkinDiva represents: women building one another up and winning in their own unique ways.
