Those of you who have a compromised lymphatic system I unfortunately am unable to treat at this time. HOWEVER I have enrolled in Vodder Level 3 Lymphedema Management course in September 2027!!!!!!!!

🌿 NOW OFFERING VODDER LEVEL 2 APPLIED MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (MLD) 🌿

I’m excited to offer Applied Manual Lymphatic Drainage using the Dr. Vodder method, an advanced, gentle, hands-on technique designed to support lymphatic function and complement care for a variety of conditions.

💚 What can Level 2 Applied MLD help support?

Depending on your individual needs and health history, MLD may be incorporated into care for but not limited to:

✨ Migraines and headaches

✨ Whiplash and certain neck-related injuries

✨ Sprains and strains, including ankle injuries

✨ Osteoarthritis (OA) — Gentle manual lymphatic drainage may be incorporated into a treatment plan to help manage associated swelling and support comfort and mobility, when appropriate for the individual.

✨ Post-surgical rehabilitation, including following knee surgery and ACL repair, when appropriate medical clearance has been obtained

✨ Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) and certain hip conditions

✨ Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), as part of an appropriate, coordinated treatment plan

✨ Recovery from certain burns, once medically appropriate

✨ Supportive care for certain neurological and other complex conditions, where MLD is suitable and coordinated with the client’s healthcare team

The Dr. Vodder method uses precise, gentle, rhythmic movements designed to encourage lymphatic flow. Unlike traditional massage, it uses very light pressure and is tailored to the individual’s needs.

Is MLD right for you?

Every client is unique. A health history and individual assessment are important to determine whether MLD is appropriate and whether medical clearance is needed. MLD complements medical care and does not replace diagnosis or treatment by your healthcare provider.

The last 4 days have been incredible challenging and intense to say the least…. BUT I SURVIVED and it was worth it!!!!!!!!!
