Somatic release is a gentle, body-based approach that works with the nervous system rather than relying on talking. During the session, I use conscious touch, breath, body awareness, movement, and energetic work depending on what your body needs.

As the nervous system begins to feel safe and settle, the body may naturally release stored tension, stress, and emotional patterns. You might experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, spontaneous movement, or emotions coming up, or you might think that you feel nothing. Everyone responds differently. Nothing is forced, and you remain in control throughout the session.

What happens during a session?

Sessions may include osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, gentle somatic work, and nervous system regulation techniques.

The approach is very gentle, without forceful manipulations or aggressive techniques.

Many clients describe feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, calmer, and more connected to their body afterward.
