A fast scanner isn’t really fast if you’re constantly stopping and rescanning. 👀

A smooth digital workflow is about more than the number on the spec sheet. It’s about how consistently your scanner captures and connects data as you move.

The Helios 680 is designed to keep your scanning workflow moving:

• Up to 30 FPS smooth scanning
• Intelligent scanning assistance
• Designed for consistent scan tracking
• Less interruption means a smoother scanning experience
• Built for efficient everyday digital workflows

So before comparing scanners by specs alone, ask yourself:

How often does your scanner interrupt your workflow?

Experience the difference for yourself.

A scanner can be fast on paper—but how does it feel after your 10th scan of the day? 👀

True scanning efficiency isn’t just about saving a few seconds. It’s about how smoothly the scanner follows your movement, maintains the workflow, and feels in your hand throughout a busy day.

The Helios 680 brings speed and lightweight ergonomics together:

• Up to 30 FPS smooth scanning
• Only 161.5 g lightweight design
• Designed to keep up with natural hand movement
• Comfortable for repeated scanning throughout the day
• Built for smoother full-arch digital workflows

Because the best scanner isn’t simply the one that scans fast—it’s the one that helps you keep scanning comfortably and consistently.

Don’t just compare the numbers. Experience the scanner.

Why is “warm” part of the Graphy aligner routine? There’s material science behind it. 🦷

Graphy Shape Memory Aligners® are made from a direct-printed shape-memory material engineered to respond to temperature.

• Warm water can temporarily soften the aligner, helping with fitting or removal when needed
• At intraoral temperature, the material’s shape-memory behavior helps it recover toward its programmed geometry
• The aligner is directly 3D printed according to the digital treatment design
• Proper cleaning helps maintain hygiene throughout daily wear
• Always follow the specific care and temperature instructions provided by your dental professional

So the morning routine isn’t just: clean, warm, ready.
There’s science behind every step.

Coffee can handle the personality. ☕️
Graphy handles the shape memory. 🧡

Attachments aren’t something you order—they’re something your treatment plan determines. 🦷

With Graphy Direct-Printed Shape Memory Aligners®, attachment requirements are based on the planned tooth movements and individual clinical case.

• In many suitable cases, Graphy may be designed with fewer or no attachments
• Direct 3D printing enables customized aligner geometry
• Attachment requirements depend on the treatment plan—not patient preference
• The final design should always be determined by the treating clinician

So… zero attachments with sauce on the side? 😄
Definitely not a restaurant menu.

What if the aligner didn’t need a model to be made? 🦷🖨️

In a conventional thermoformed workflow, a physical dental model is typically produced first, and the aligner material is then thermoformed over that model.

Graphy changes the manufacturing workflow.

• The patient’s dentition is captured digitally
• The aligner is designed using a digital treatment plan
• Instead of printing a model for thermoforming, the aligner itself is 3D printed
• Graphy’s photopolymer material enables direct fabrication of Shape Memory Aligners®
• Shape-memory properties allow the material to respond to intraoral temperature and recover toward its programmed geometry

The key difference?
You’re not 3D printing something to make the aligner—you’re 3D printing the actual aligner.

A more direct approach to digital orthodontic manufacturing, from digital design to the final appliance.

And the other printer? We’ll leave the invoices to that one. 😄
