Couple quick things to mention

First,
my little girl guide will be selling cookies, I'll have some boxes on hand at the studio if anyone wants some.

Second,
I am getting multiple last minute cancelations or no shows EVERY SINGLE DAY. I don't want to start charging fees for no shows, or cancellations with less than 24 hours, but if this continues I won't have a choice.

It's not one particular client, when I have a 6 hour day and 2.5 hours of no shows and last minute cancelations, it's impossible to fill that time with such short notice. When booking the cancellation policy is clearly stated, our system sends multiple reminder emails and texts leading up to the appointment.
