We’re one of the makers at Festival of Crafts, bringing six whole-leaf greens infusions from our farm in Bridesville, British Columbia. If you’ve walked past and wondered what barley, wheat and oat leaves taste like in a cup, come find out.

Today is the final day. We’re sampling until the show closes at 5 PM.

Most people never see what happens after harvest.

When our young barley, wheat and oat leaves leave the field, they don’t leave our farm. The work moves into our on-farm processing facility in Bridesville, British Columbia.

From handling the fresh leaves through drying, classifying, blending and packing, these stages are part of how Tea’d Greens becomes a whole-leaf infusion.

We grow it. We harvest it. We process it. Then you make the cup.

What makes our bestselling Spiced Chai so easy to come back to?

The spices are familiar: cinnamon, aromatic cardamom, ginger and clove. What makes it different is the base: whole young barley, wheat and oat leaves grown, harvested and processed on our British Columbia farm.

Warming spice, a smooth finish and a completely different leaf.

Most people have never seen how a whole-leaf greens infusion is made.

Here’s a look inside our on-farm processing facility in Bridesville, British Columbia. After harvest, the young barley, wheat and oat leaves come directly from our fields and are carefully processed using traditional tea-style methods.

The next stages include drying, grinding and classifying the leaves before we create each blend and package the finished product.

We grow and process every leaf here on our Canadian farm—from fresh green leaf to the finished blend in your cup.

A different leaf. A familiar ritual.
