Hey all! I’m heading back to school… again 😬

This fall I’ll be balancing Year 2 of Midwifery school with Goji, which means my clinic schedule will be a little more limited this fall, so if you like to plan ahead, now’s the time!

I’ll also be away July 30–August 8 for a summer recharge.

After a few years of running Goji Wellness, it’s probably time I introduce myself properly.

I’m Carmen - acupuncturist, herbalist, and founder of this little clinic nestled in Victoria. I’ve spent the last few years helping people untangle stress, hormones, sleep issues, pain, digestion - and sometimes just the general weirdness of being a person in a body.

I love what I do. But I also love borrowing other people’s dogs, getting emotionally invested in 1000 piece puzzles, and belting out Celine Dion like it’s my full time job. (It’s not…yet.)

This medicine is deep and ancient, but the vibe at Goji is down to earth and genuinely human. No incense clouds or mystery - just needles, herbs that taste like dirt, and some deep thoughts about snacks.

Thanks to everyone who’s been a part of this journey so far, and if you’re new here: welcome! I’m really glad you found me!
