Designer Health & Nutrition Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Emotional Freedom Techniques & Picture Tapping Practitioner.

As a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner, I help clients as unique individuals in their journey toward healthy habits in understanding emotions from a holistic perspective by looking at the whole person - spirit, soul and body providing knowledge and support in emotional eating, cravings, stress management, and direction on incorporating self-help tools for everyday use. I adapt both modalities to provide clients with a custom-made approach in working on their specific issues. EFT is useful for any issue that may have an emotional or energetic root cause or contributor, false beliefs formed from childhood, physical pain, the dis-ease of any kind, relationship issues, addictions or fears. I love to learn and expand my knowledge, spend time with family and in nature - enjoying the sights, smells and beauty all around me. I feel grateful and consider it a privilege to serve others with openness, honesty, integrity and create a safe environment for clients to share and experience EFT benefits.

The power of being thankful. 🧡

Being thankful isn't just about appreciating the big things in life. It's also about noticing the little things we often overlook — the warmth of the sunshine, a kind word, a good laugh, a walk in nature, or simply waking up to another day.

5 Reasons for being thankful.
🍁 It shifts our perspective. When we focus on what we appreciate, we notice more of the goodness already in our lives.
🍁 It nurtures our emotional well-being. Practicing gratitude can help ease stress, support a more positive outlook, and remind us that difficult moments aren't the whole story.
🍁 It strengthens our connections. Expressing appreciation helps others feel seen, valued, and loved — something we all need.
🍁 It brings us into the present moment. Thankfulness invites us to slow down, breathe, and recognize the beauty in the here and now.
🍁 It nourishes the spirit. When we appreciate life, even in its imperfect moments, we feel a deep connection to ourselves, others, nature, and something greater than ourselves.

Tip: Before going to sleep tonight, think of three things you are thankful for. The more we learn to notice what is good, the more beauty we may begin to see in the life we are living.

💧Water: Essential for Life — Essential for Your Body

Think about the places water supports:
🧠 Brain — helps support concentration, mood and normal brain function
❤️ Blood — keeps blood volume and circulation moving properly
🦴 Joints — helps lubricate and cushion our joints
💪 Muscles — supports muscle function and physical performance
🫁 Lungs — helps keep the tissues and airways properly hydrated
🧴 Skin — supports skin structure and elasticity
🦠 Digestive system — helps move food and waste through the body
🚽 Kidneys — water is essential for filtering waste and producing urine

And here's something interesting…
Your body doesn't store water equally everywhere. Water constantly moves between the blood, cells, and tissues, helping maintain the delicate balance your body needs.

Did you know that, as we age, our sense of thirst can also become less reliable? So waiting until you're thirsty may not always be the best reminder to hydrate.
💧 Sip throughout the day.
💧 Listen to your body.
💧 Make water your first choice.

👉 Your body is constantly working for you. Give it one of the simplest things it needs to do that work well.

What are your hands telling you? 🤚

Our hands are associated with giving, receiving, creating, touching, healing and taking action.

From an energetic perspective, you can use the seven hand chakras as gentle points of self-reflection:
🔴 Root: Do I feel safe enough to receive?
🟠 Sacral: Can I allow myself to feel and create?
🟡 Solar Plexus: Am I comfortable taking empowered action?
🟢 Heart: Can I give and receive love openly?
🔵 Throat: Am I expressing what is true for me?
🟣 Third Eye: Am I trusting what I intuitively know?
⚪ Crown: Am I open to receiving spiritual guidance?

Rather than looking for something to “fix,” perhaps simply become curious about what you may be holding, what you may be ready to release, and what you are ready to receive.

This is where EFT and PTT can become gentle tools for self-exploration — bringing awareness to emotions, beliefs, memories and inner experiences through tapping, imagery and a safe, supportive process. Sometimes healing begins simply by becoming willing to listen.

You Are More Than Just Your Physical Body! ✨

There is so much more to us than what the eyes can see. 👀

✅ We experience thoughts, emotions, memories, intuition, energy and a deeper connection within ourselves — layers that can influence how we feel, respond and move through life.

✅ The 7 levels of the Human Energy Field offer one way to look at these layers: Etheric, Emotional, Mental, Astral, Template, Celestial, and Causal.

✅ Emotional Freedom and Picture Tapping Techniques can be gentle practices for slowing down and becoming aware of what may be held within these different layers. Through tapping, breath, feeling and imagery, we create a moment to listen inwardly rather than push feelings away.

✅ Perhaps healing isn't always about fixing something, sometimes it's about coming back to ourselves — body, mind, emotions, spirit and energy.

Garden Tomato Soup Recipe

Everything tastes better when its fresh picked from the garden! Once you start making your own soup from scratch, you just can’t go back to eating canned soup. The flavours are outstanding!

Now that the cooler weather is upon us, it’s a good time to begin making soups more frequently.

What is my body telling me right now? 🗣️

Your body is constantly communicating with you - but how often do you actually pause long enough to listen? When you pause and truly listen, you may discover that your body already knows what it needs.

👉 Do you ever ask your body, “What happened just before I noticed myself becoming anxious, irritated, overwhelmed, numb or disconnected? “

If you feel called to explore, EFT and PTT offer a gentle, calming space to connect with what you’re experiencing in a safe, supportive environment where you can go at your own pace.

Along the way, you’ll learn simple tools to help you stay grounded, feel more present, and support yourself beyond the sessions.

Blackberries: Berries with big benefits

A simple handful of these beautiful berries can be a delicious way to nourish your body from the inside out. Blackberries are one of those simple foods that quietly offer so much nourishment.

👉 Their deep purple-black colour comes from anthocyanins, powerful plant compounds studied for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
👉 Their fibre supports healthy digestion and the gut microbiome, while their natural vitamin C supports immune function and collagen production.
👉 Naturally sweet, and low in sugar compared with many sweet fruits.

Sometimes the most powerful foods aren't complicated. They’re growing right around us.

When Words Can’t Explain What You Feel - Draw it. ✍️

Sometimes what lives beneath the surface—the subconscious—is difficult to put into words. Drawing can give those feelings another way to be expressed.

The Picture Tapping Technique (PTT) is an application of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
