Today is a really hard one for me and for our shop.
After 3 and a half years of being by my side since the very beginning, my best friend and one of the biggest parts of this shop, Kiara, is moving back home to Brantford.
When we opened our doors, Kiara took a chance and moved to this town to be a part of what we were building. What she probably didn’t realize at the time was just how deeply she would become a part of this community.
Over the last few years, Kiara has left her mark—not just through the incredible tattoos and art she has created, but through the people she has met, the friendships she has made, and the lives she has touched along the way. She has become a familiar face, a friend, an artist, and a part of so many people’s stories.
For me personally, saying goodbye is even harder. She has been there through the ups, the downs, the crazy days, the stressful days, and all the moments in between. I couldn't have asked for a better person to have beside me through the journey of building this place.
to having you here every day.
Thank you for believing in me, believing in this shop, and most importantly, for being my friend.
Brantford is getting one hell of an artist back. ❤️
We love you, Kiara. You will always have a home here. đź–¤
