Red meat has been the most nutrient dense foods on the planet for thousands of years. Packed full of protein, essential amino, iron, zinc, B-vitamins and other nutrients our bodies need energy, recovery, hormone production, muscle growth and overall health. If you don’t eat red meat, you’re truly missing out on what your body needs.

People are always looking for the next supplement, peptide or biohack .. but truthfully the answer starts with giving the body the food it was designed to run on.

People have a hard time accepting the truth because they’re too scared to let go of what they once believed was true. To grow, it requires humility. We don’t know what we don’t know, and there’s nothing wrong with changing your perspective with new information, experience or wisdom that comes into your life. That’s not weakness … that’s growth. 🙏

What started as “getting healthier” turned into something far deeper than I expected.

Sarah has been walking this path for over 20 years….For me, I’ve been on a healing journey for over a decade, with the last 3 years becoming fully reinvested into my physical health, nutrition, discipline, optimization, and deeper personal growth.

And the deeper we go, the more we realize the bigger picture of true wellness… You can look at someone who’s a physical specimen and assume they’re healthy… but full spectrum wellness isn’t just physical.

It’s emotional.
Mental.
Spiritual.
Energetic.

This journey changes the way you see the world.

You stop chasing quick fixes and begin reconnecting with what’s actually real:

Sunlight.
Nature.
Movement.
Proper nutrition.
Deeper healing.
Purpose.
Connection.
Self-awareness … it’s all a part of the lifestyle !!!

Kambo. Plant medicine. Peptides. Deep healing work. Reflection. Community. Service to others.

All of it has taught us something powerful:

The more you optimize your health… the more connected you become to yourself. The harder it becomes to tolerate artificial living, constant distraction, negativity, and disconnection from what truly matters.

We don’t claim to know everything. We’re still students of life and always will be. Open to learning more every day. Still evolving.

But we know this path has changed us forever … and we’re grateful to walk it together. 🙏🐸☀️🧬

The peptide conversation has been going mainstream as of late….But what most people don’t realize is some of the most powerful peptide compounds in the world were never created in a laboratory.

Kambo contains a cocktail of bioactive peptides that modern science is still trying to figure out…

I was blessed to find this medicine about 9 years ago and it’s changed my life in ways I never could’ve imagined. Forever grateful for the path it’s led me down and the people it’s brought into my life. 🙏 💕

Nature remains undefeated. 🐸

It’s always such a blessing spending these weekends with authentic people who are willing to be completely vulnerable and go deeper into their healing journey.

To witness transformation happening right before our eyes is something Sarah and I will never take for granted. Our hearts are filled with so much gratitude, and it’s truly an honour to walk alongside each person on their path… while continuing to do the work on ourselves right beside them. 💕 🍃

A huge heartfelt thank you to Cori and Matthew for opening up their beautiful space to our growing community. ❤️ 🙏

Pulled up to the gym after a morning Kambo self dose feeling unstoppable….Sat down for my first set… stomach emergency calls me to the bathroom.

… 20 minutes later I’m a changed man, due to a long spiritual exorcism out the ass.
Kambo doesn’t care about your workout plans 😂 🙏🐸

Health isn’t something you “get to” when life slows down… It’s the foundation that makes everything else possible.

If your health isn’t your #1 priority, it will eventually become your biggest problem.

You can build the business.
Chase the money.
Stack the wins…

…but if your body’s run down, your mind’s foggy, and your energy’s shot .. then what are you really operating at?

I used to think I had it dialed in. I didn’t….Once I locked in nutrition, training, and recovery… everything shifted:

More energy.
Clearer thinking.
Stronger discipline.

This isn’t about perfection … it’s about being intentional as you move through day to day life.

Train your body.
Fuel it properly.
Respect recovery.

When your health is strong, everything gets easier…. But if you Ignore it… everything gets harder.

Most people say they want to heal…
but very few are willing to go through what healing actually requires … the suffering !!

Real healing isn’t soft, calm, and comfortable…it’s confronting. Sometimes it’s intense. it humbles you.

That’s why people avoid things like Kambo or Ayahuasca. Not because they don’t work… but because they demand something from you.

Instead, people lean into what feels good in the moment… breathwork here, a cold plunge there, maybe a meditation before bed.

those tools do have value. They can regulate the nervous system…But regulating isn’t the same as deep healing.

If you keep choosing comfort over challenge,
you might feel better temporarily…but the root stays untouched.

At some point, you have to ask yourself:

Do I want to feel better…
or do I want to actually be better?

Because real healing?
It usually asks you to step into the fire 🔥
