A little reminder that even the people who pour into others need a moment to pour back into themselves. ✨
I had the honour of introducing and facilitating 9D Breathwork at the LLRIB Education Conference in Saskatoon and I’m feeling incredibly grateful for this opportunity. 🤍
Educators and teachers spend so much of their time pouring into our future generations. Between teaching, supporting students, managing responsibilities and constantly being on the go, it can be easy to forget to take a moment for themselves.
We get caught up in the go, go, go of everyday life that we don’t always realize how much we’re carrying. Sometimes our minds never slow down, our bodies stay in a state of stress, and we forget what it feels like to simply pause, breathe and reset. 🧘♀️
That’s why this work means so much to me. Through 9D Breathwork, I create space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, release what they’ve been holding onto and give their nervous system an opportunity to rest. 🌿
Being able to introduce this practice to new people, connect with communities and share tools that can support emotional well being is something I’ll never take for granted.
Through Karm Collective, I offer group breathwork experiences, private one on one sessions and travel to communities to bring these wellness experiences to the people who need them.
I’m so grateful to everyone who continues to open doors for me and trusts me to share this work. I’m passionate about making wellness more accessible and reminding people that taking care of themselves matters, too.
You spend so much time showing up for everyone else. When was the last time you gave yourself permission to pause? 🤍
Thank you for having me. I’m already looking forward to the next opportunity! ✨
