🔆 Welcome, Bienvenue, and tansi to Violet Olive Wellness & Performance Consulting! It's lovely to meet you!

For those new here, I'm Adrea (the human) and this is Abby (the golden retriever) and we're the team behind Violet Olive Co.

🟣 What do we do?!
We hold space to help our clients navigate and discover their own energy work.

I guide & translate.
You breathe & discover.

Sometimes it's for healing.
Sometimes it's for mastery.
Sometimes it's to regulate.

Trust what brings you here.
Even if you don't know 'the why'
Or can't explain it (yet!)

Because you can trust
The answers, release, stillness
& clarity you seek
Are ready to come through.

When you're ready, we're honored to guide you there.

Xoxo
Adrea & Abby
