After listening to his inspiring stories and life lessons, she is now looking forward to reading his book, which he kindly signed for her.

Being in the heart of Northern Ontario, we are fortunate to live and work in a region rich in Indigenous history and culture. The contributions, knowledge, and traditions of Indigenous peoples continue to enrich our communities and shape the place we call home.

On September 30, we remind all Canadians of the importance of listening, learning, and reflecting. We honour the wisdom and resilience of Indigenous communities, while recognizing the importance of learning from the past, acknowledging mistakes that have been made, and working together to ensure they are not repeated. 🧡

One week ago, we had beautiful September weather for the Brain Injury Association Sault Ste. Marie & District’s 4th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Balance Rehabilitation Centre was a proud hole sponsor of this fundraiser in which proceeds fund BIASSMD programs, peer support meetings, and social outings in the community to directly benefit local brain injury survivors and their families. ☀️ ⛳

September already? Where has the summer gone?

It’s been a very busy few months at Balance Rehabilitation Centre, and as we head into fall, we’re looking forward to continuing to support our clients, connecting with our community, and sharing more of what we do.

We’re excited to officially launch a LinkedIn company page and give our Instagram a fresh new look. We hope you’ll connect with us on both platforms and follow along for rehabilitation insights, helpful resources, life updates, and more.

With the BIASSMD Charity Golf Tournament fast-approaching, Stacey got some practice in this weekend alongside a very special coach: her son Hayden. On Friday, September 11, join Balance Rehabilitation Centre in supporting Brain Injury Association Sault Ste. Marie & District’s 4th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Proceeds directly benefit local brain injury survivors and their families by funding BIASSMD programs, peer support meetings, and social outings in the community.
