I’ve been doing service exchanges with local practitioners for several years, and it’s such a beautiful way to collaborate, support one another, and get to know other small business owners!

**While I’m not always able to take on exchanges, I’m always open to a conversation about it.** 🥰✨

I especially love exchanges that involve relaxation and a little pampering. Because as small business owners, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that it feels pretty special to take care of each other, too.

Here’s to community over competition and supporting the people who make our local wellness community so special.

Retraining my brain from waxing to sugaring kind of reminds me of the first time I took Pilates. 😂 Opposite breathwork to Yoga for similar movements… you really have to slow down and retrain your brain!

It’s definitely going to take some practice, but I have a feeling I’m going to really enjoy this! 🤍
