REMS stands for Radiofrequency Echographic Multi-Spectrometry.

Ever feel like you’re swimming upstream? 💧 🙄

Always pushing.
Always trying harder
Doing all the “right” things…
and somehow, everything still feels really hard.

Yep...we've all felt this. Some of us are feeling it right now. Soooo...what's the solution? 😒

Maybe it’s not about trying harder.

Maybe we simply need to pause.🫶
To breathe.🫁
To give ourselves space.❤️
To dip our toes in the water 💧

And gently remind ourselves that not every season of life is meant to feel effortless.
That we've got this.
That we can do hard things.

Some of the currents are there for us to gently flow with.
Others are there to challenge us to grow, expand and live a bit out of the comfort zone.

And sometimes we are gifted with one of those amazing moments when we simply get to float for a while. 😊
