The best way to stop the spread of viruses is to wash your hands often with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Sneeze and cough into a tissue or your sleeve, don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth and avoid contact with people who are sick. If you are sick, please stay home to avoid spreading it to others.
