🌕✨Join us for a celebration of the Hunter’s Full Moon with a Cacao and Reiki Ceremony with Jacci on Monday, October 26, 2026✨🌕

This is your time to slow down, reflect, honour how far we’ve come, and prepare our hearts for the quieter season ahead.

🍂As autumn deepens and nature begins to release what it no longer needs, we are reminded that there is beauty in letting go, wisdom in stillness, and nourishment in returning to ourselves.

We can use this seasonal symbolism as an invitation to gather our inner resources, reconnect with our intuition, and become more intentional about what we carry into the next chapter.

💛Release what feels heavy
🧡Gather your inner nourishment
🤎Trust your inner wisdom

Bring an open mind and an open heart to follow your journey.

External and intraoral massage is an effective treatment for clients who suffer from TMJ dysfunction, trigger point-related headaches, or excess jaw tension.

During this massage, your therapist will focus on releasing tension in the muscles of the upper back and shoulders and in the areas of the collarbone, chest, neck, and scalp to relax all of the areas surrounding and connected to the temporomandibular joint.

Latex-free gloves are worn while working inside the mouth to release the muscles and fascia involved in mastication and jaw clenching. This massage specifically addresses the masseter and temporalis muscles, along with the medial and lateral pterygoids, digastric, and the superficial and deep fascia of the anterior neck.

Can include facial cupping. Natural facial cleanser and hot towels complete this treatment.

30-Minute TMJ Massage - $75
45-Minute TMJ Massage - $95
