I’ve always believed in empowering people to take control of their own health.

That’s why I share reflexology points, acupressure points, auricular points, essential oils, nutrition, medicinal weeds, and ways to make your own remedies.

I don’t want people to feel like they have to depend on someone else for every little thing. I want them to have the knowledge and tools to help themselves.

And now, I’ve learned something that has changed how I look at another important part of our well-being: financial health.

Because what good is knowing how to take care of your body if you’re constantly stressed about money, working yourself into the ground, or missing out on life because you can’t afford the things that matter to you?

Our well-being is about more than just our physical health.

It’s mental. It’s emotional. It’s financial. And it’s having the time and freedom to actually enjoy the life we’re working so hard to maintain.

So yes, I’m sharing what I’ve learned about building financial health, too.

Not because I’m abandoning what I’ve always done, but because empowering people has always been the point.

And when I learn something that could open up new possibilities for others, I’m going to share it.

That’s who I am. That’s what I do.

What part of your health or well-being would you most like to take back control of right now?
Your physical health, your financial health, or your time and freedom? Maybe all of them?

“Perhaps the reason we love horses so much is because the only time they break our hearts is when they no longer exist.”
Today, I said goodbye to one of my very best friends. My unicorn. My BB

I’ve had him for almost half of my life. My mom was determined that I was getting him, and she helped me buy him. The very next year, she passed away. And somehow, BB helped me get through losing her.

He was so much more than a horse. He was family. He was my constant through so many seasons of life. A big, spirited horse with more personality than any other horse I’ve ever owned, and a bond with me like no other. I was never, ever afraid of him. We just understood each other.

I feel incredibly privileged to have had a horse like him. Not everyone gets to experience a bond like the one we shared.

When my daughter was ready, BB took care of her, too. She did so well on him, winning so many prizes and championships. He wasn’t just part of my story. He became part of hers.

The hardest part of these last few years was watching his body get old while that spunky, spirited personality of his was still so alive. I missed riding him. I missed those days. But I was grateful to still have him here.

And now he’s gone, and I feel like a piece of me is gone with him.

How do you say goodbye to a friend who has been part of nearly half your life? To the horse who helped you survive losing your mom? To the one who gave you memories you’ll carry forever?

I take comfort in knowing that my mom was waiting for him. I can picture her welcoming him into heaven and taking care of him for me until we meet again.

Run free, my beautiful boy. Thank you for everything you gave me, for the memories, the adventures, the lessons, and the love.

You were my unicorn, BB. There will never be another you.

Until we meet again. 🤍

Just because something has become NORMAL doesn’t mean we should accept it.

Burnout. Poor health. Living paycheck to paycheck. Working ourselves into the ground and still not getting ahead.

We’re allowed to question the status quo. We’re allowed to want more. And we’re allowed to find a different way. It’s actually your responsibility.

Being born poor is not your fault but dying poor is your mistake.

There are opportunities available today that previous generations never had. But you have to be willing to think differently and take that first step.

I’m passionate about empowering people to take back control of their health, finances, and time instead of settling for a life of just getting by.

If you’re ready to stop accepting the status quo and start exploring what’s possible, send me a DM. Let’s talk.

I just voted.

Honestly, I haven’t had much faith in voting for politicians or political parties. It often feels like an illusion of choice: we vote, they’re elected, and then they do whatever they want—with little transparency or accountability.

A referendum feels different. I’m being asked for my opinion, my say. There should be much more of that in a country that calls itself free.

Government is supposed to work for the people, not the other way around.

Yet taxes keep rising while more people struggle with housing, basic necessities, addiction, and mental health. We can’t keep throwing our tax money at problems and expect better results without asking whether our policies are actually working.

I’m not against immigration, but it must be managed responsibly, with proper planning for housing, healthcare, infrastructure, and community resources. We should be able to question policies without blaming entire groups of people.

If we keep doing the same things, why do we expect different results?

I’m also not confident this referendum process will be handled transparently and fairly—and that concerns me. When people lose trust in democracy, we have a serious problem.

Maybe changing politicians or parties isn’t enough. Maybe we need to question the system itself.

For me, this vote was about thinking for myself and deciding what I believe is best for the future—especially for my children and grandchildren.

I hope people read the questions, look at the facts, think critically, and make their own decisions. You don’t have to agree with me. That’s the point.

A free country should mean more than the right to vote. It should mean having a genuine voice and a government accountable to the people.

This is about tomorrow’s future—and our children and grandchildren deserve better.

Ever heard of the Penfield Eye?
In Dien Chan facial reflexology, BCQ Point 16 is associated with eye discomfort, headaches, and tension in the neck and shoulders.
One little point, so much to learn about facial reflexology!

This is not medical advice🙄
