Getting screened for cervical cancer is important. So is knowing how to get your results.

Cervical cancer screening invitations and information are now available through MyHealth Alberta’s MyChart.

β€’ Not registered for MyChart? You’ll continue to receive invitations and reminder notifications by mail, along with information on how to register.
β€’ Normal cervical cancer results will be shared through MyChart or your healthcare provider.
β€’ Abnormal results will be available by mail, MyChart, or your healthcare provider.

This change makes it easier to access your health information when and where you need it.

Breast and colorectal cancer screening notifications and information will transition to MyChart in 2027.

Less daylight means it’s time to think about visibility and safety. With darker mornings and earlier sunsets, take a few extra precautions when you’re walking, driving or heading out for the day.

🚢 For pedestrians: Wear bright or reflective clothing, stay visible and use marked crosswalks. Make eye contact with drivers before crossing.

πŸš— For drivers: Slow down in low-light conditions, watch carefully for pedestrians and cyclists, and be especially alert in school zones and at crosswalks.

❀️ For families: Talk to kids about staying visible, using designated crossings and paying attention around roads and school drop-off areas.

A few simple changes can help everyone get where they’re going safely this fall! For more safety information or to learn about the health services, programs and resources we offer, visit www.westviewpcn.ca.

This weekend is a time to gather, reflect, and give thanks to others, but remember to make space to support your own mental health too.

Taking care of your mental health might look like:
🀍Setting boundaries to help you from feeling overwhelmed
🀍Recognizing when you need to take a break and having a plan to help you recharge

Your mental health matters to us, too. For help with strategies, tools, and resources to support your mental health, talk to your primary care provider.
Remember, you do not have to wait until your mental health concerns feel overwhelming to ask for help. Ask for help any time to get the support you need to feel your best.
