Cedar Rock Wellness is looking for a **Personal Trainer to lead group fitness classes and offer one-to-one training** at our welcoming clinic and studio in Garibaldi Highlands.

You know how to make a class challenging, approachable and fun. You notice the person who needs a little encouragement, adapt exercises confidently and help people leave feeling stronger than when they arrived.

**What’s on offer:**

• $52.80–$60.50 per paid one-to-one training hour, depending on experience and agreed terms

Cedar Rock Wellness is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Squamish.

We’re looking for someone who delivers thoughtful, individualised treatment, communicates clearly and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Newly registered and experienced RMTs are welcome to apply.

**Your role**

• Assess clients and develop individualised treatment plans within your scope of practice
• Provide massage therapy that supports clients’ goals and functional needs
• Maintain accurate clinical records and informed consent
• Offer appropriate self-management guidance
• Collaborate with other practitioners when clinically appropriate and with client consent
• Maintain professional standards and a welcoming treatment environment

**What you bring**

• Current registration and good standing to practise as an RMT in British Columbia
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• A respectful, client-centred approach
• Commitment to professional standards, privacy and reliable practice

We’re looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our friendly, collaborative multidisciplinary clinic in Garibaldi Highlands and support the active Squamish community.

September always feels like a bit of a reset.🍂

Work and school routines are returning, but there’s still lots of time for riding, hiking, running and getting outside in Squamish. This weekend is an especially active one, with the BC BMX Provincial Finals taking place September 5–6 at the Squamish BMX Track.
If your body is feeling a busy summer, now is a good time to give it some attention.
Registered Massage Therapy appointments are available for pain, muscle tension and mobility concerns.
Recovery Massage is available for tired muscles and general recovery, with the option to add aromatherapy to make a little more space for relaxation.
Personal Training is also a great way to establish a consistent strength routine heading into fall — especially if you want to stay strong for biking, hiking, running, skiing or simply everyday life.

Cedar Rock Wellness is growing and we’re looking for an RMT to join our multidisciplinary team. We’re open to both part-time and full-time clinicians, including an established RMT looking for just one or two additional clinic days.

This is an independent contractor position with competitive compensation and the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.

* Contractor compensation of approximately **$97.50–$112.50 per treatment hour**, based on our current 60-minute RMT fee and contractor split
* Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling

Looking for a fun, active after-school activity for your little one?

Kids Yoga is coming to Cedar Rock Wellness this September with Hannah Dunmore!

Hannah is a 240-hour certified yoga teacher and certified kids yoga instructor with 15 years of experience working with children and people with disabilities. She has worked in schools, camps and recreation settings across England, Canada and Spain, and brings her background in teaching, outdoor education and creative play into every class.

Her kids yoga classes combine movement, imagination, nature and learning in a welcoming environment where kids can be themselves, build confidence, and have fun.

Classes are designed to be accessible and inclusive of different ages, abilities and neurotypes.

Tuesdays | 4:15–5:00 PM
Starting September 22

Cedar Rock is a welcoming, multidisciplinary clinic in Garibaldi Highlands, Squamish. We’re looking for experienced, collaborative clinicians who value providing excellent care and want to build their practice within a supportive clinic environment.

These are independent contractor opportunities offering a 60%–75% fee split, depending on experience, availability and agreed performance markers.
