There’s something special about caring for a mum in those final days before birth. 🤍

So much attention is on the baby and the approaching due date. This appointment can be a moment just for her: a chance to pause, breathe and feel cared for.

As a chiropractor certified in the Webster Technique, I adapt each appointment to how she’s feeling and what feels comfortable. Around her due date, I may also include gentle round ligament massage and Logan Basic, a technique I use to encourage a sense of calm and relaxation. If we use essential oils, I choose them with her pregnancy and preferences in mind.

It feels like a sacred moment: a little space for mum to settle and reconnect with herself before she meets her baby. ✨

Not every chiropractic adjustment needs a big “crack” to be effective 😉

Chiropractors are highly trained to identify subtle imbalances in the way your body moves and functions—small things that, over time, can start making everyday life a little more difficult.

Activator, drop technique, gentle mechanical adjustments or more traditional hands-on techniques… there is no “one technique fits all.”

The aim is always the same: to be precise, efficient and adapted to the person in front of me.

Sometimes there’s a click. Sometimes a drop. But every adjustment is carefully chosen for you. 🌿

Fifteen years ago, I started learning about tethered oral tissues, including tongue-tie—without knowing that it would change my practice forever.

It became an essential piece of the puzzle when caring for so many babies, children and adults.

Since then, I have continued to learn—exploring different techniques, training and lecturing in several countries, and teaching hundreds of professionals across France and the French-speaking world.

This recent observational study found that adults with tongue-tie showed reduced cervical mobility, altered cervical proprioception and postural control, as well as greater difficulties with dizziness and jaw function. For chiropractors and bodyworkers, it reinforces how important it is to consider the tongue and oral function as part of the wider picture—not in isolation, but in connection with the neck, posture and the whole body.
