Please be advised that our clinic is currently experiencing a system outage, which is preventing us from accessing patient charts. As a result, we are temporarily unable to access certain patient information or provide our usual services.
Phone calls will resume this evening if the system has been restored. If the system remains unavailable, please contact the clinic to reschedule your appointment.
