These woman! The kindness, compassion, support and love that pours out of these woman, despite them fighting and overcoming some of the biggest battles is an honour to witness and be part of. I am always blown away by how transformative these containers are and to see not just the physical lightness, but the soul become more alive in each woman. To each of you, thank you for your trust, your vulnerability, for allowing me to share my gifts and support you on you healing journey. I am forever grateful.

Not my usual content, but after posting a story of my travel snacks I had some positive feedback so I thought I’d make a full reel.

Hope this helps give you some ideas for anytime you hit the road. Growing up in a family where we cooked almost all of our meals at home, being a medic working 12+ hour shifts, just knowing how crappy I feel when I eat take out and continuing to travel I’m conscious about how I can set myself up to thrive.

Yes, it may take an extra hour and a little forethought, but I have way more energy and feel a whole lot more human. It’s easy to fall into cycles of eating on the go, having low energy and being exhausted and then just grabbing something else on the go. You can also shift that cycle into an upward spiral. Don’t over complicate it, reach for real food when you can and your body and brain will thank you 🧠💓

ON PRESENCE AND IMPERMANENCE

Life at the current moment feels like a series of layovers - the coming, the going, the hellos, the I love yous and the see you soons.

Life is a steady stream of impermanence, nothing lasts forever, not the joy, not the grief. The small meaningful moments that can pass in the blink of an eye or be eternally etched on the soul are determined by your level of presence. Both the grief and growth are welcomed and felt. It’s how I process it all and I extend that invitation to you.

The only permanent thing at the moment is the peace within myself. Everything else is fleeting. There is so much peace of being able to show up as my authentic self, share my gifts to the fullest, and cherishing each moment.

I know life can feel mundane at times, I don’t have an earth shattering message, but maybe that’s just it. Sometimes the most powerful things we can do are free and simple. Maybe the magic is being present with life no matter what it looks like in this current state, because it won’t be that way forever 💫

THE HOUSE CALL 📞 ☎️

Remember when you used to be able to get a house call? A doctor to come to you when you or a loved one needed help. I remember my mom ringing the house call doctor when my sister and I were little, usually later in the evening when other options had been exhausted.

Well I am bringing it back! I’ve been fortunate to be able to travel and share my gifts across the world, in clinics, studios, retreat spaces and homes for individual sessions, intensives and journeys.

I recently got asked, by not one, but three individuals, if I would go and support the whole family. Of course, I said yes!

So here I am on a jet plane about to be of service to a family of five ✈️

Still processing the incredible transformations of the souls that decided to trust the process, be vulnerable, let it get messy and walk out lighter and brighter. I know it sounds too good to be true, but carrying the weight of trauma expends three times more energy than it does to feel it, release it and integrate it. It’s raw, it’s messy, it’s vulnerable and it’s so damn beautiful when someone chooses to drop the weight of the masks they have been carrying based on the expectations of others. When eyes shine brighter, heads are held higher, shoulders soften and hearts shine brighter, to witness that is an immense honour!

Thank you to for trusting me to co-facilitate, share my wisdom and my gifts. I firmly stand behind the belief that education is empowerment and watching the lightbulb moments happen when we dove into the connections between trauma, the nervous system and chronic conditions was what shines for me. When souls that have been on the revolving door of the sickcare system realize they are not broken, that this isn’t forever and there is not only hope, but actual resolution lights me up every time!

Profoundly grateful for the 🦌 that supported our CranioSacral Sessions with their presence, the beautiful meals we shared and land that gifted us an impromptu sage, rosemary and lavender smudge bundle workshop 💚

This is 43! Proof that life does not end at a certain age, I fact quite the opposite. 5 years ago, on my birthday I decided I was done. Done with things that I was allowing to drain and deplete my soul and life force: a narcissistic abusive relationship, a golden handcuffs job, living in a place that glorified the rat race, so I left, I left them all!

It was the best birthday gift I ever gave myself. So choose myself, to stop going along with things because that’s what would “make me happy” and I consciously choose to create a life that makes me happy. And boy was that transition rough! When we choose peace we see all the times we settled, we allowed our boundaries to be crossed. That level of grief is not for the faint of heart. I look back at that woman from 5 years ago and it hurts my heart so see how dull her eyes were. Then I look at videos like this, taken by soul family who support life affirming practices and I see the joy I emanate. I am so proud of the woman I have become, I am and that I have chosen me. I love this chapter of life 💕
