Taking a moment to pause and reflect on this beautiful soul. I consider myself lucky to have known her, to have had Amanda as a client here at EASE over the past couple of years and to have had her as a yoga teacher. She had a big heart and beautiful, positive energy. She will be missed. Sending so much love and light to her entire family. 💕

You can be done in under a minute every day with our September positive thoughts journaling. This simple activity is all about perspective.

Just finish each sentence in a positive way. That’s all you have to do. Keep the calendar, some paper, and a pen on your nightstand, and make it the first thing you do every morning.

Perspective can change our outlook on an idea day. Even on long, tiring days, by looking for the positives, we can bring positivity, joy, and optimism to our days.

We hope you find this type of journaling really useful.
