One year married to my favourite person 🤍

Four years of choosing each other, growing together, laughing a LOT, and somehow always finding our way back to the golf course. ⛳️😂

Today we’re celebrating our first wedding anniversary and heading off for a little much-needed vacation together. 💜

AAA Healing will be taking a little pause while I’m away, and I’ll be back in office on September 28th. I’ll be soaking up the time away and may be a little slower to respond to messages while I’m gone.

See ya’ll when I’m back, “rested”, recharged, and probably with way too many photos. 🥹😂

You would never know what someone is carrying just by looking at them.

From 13 to 21, I struggled deeply with su***de and survived multiple attempts. I smiled, took photos, spent time with friends, celebrated milestones and looked “fine” from the outside.

My last attempt was at 21.

I’m 28 now — and there is so much life I never would have known was waiting for me.

I share this because su***de does not always have a look. Check on your people. Ask the harder question. Remind someone they matter.

And if you’re the one struggling right now, please stay long enough to meet the versions of you that you haven’t met yet. 💜
