🐶 11:00 AM — Adult | $30
a gentle yoga class with plenty of puppy cuddles!

🐾 12:15 PM — Parent & Child | $45 per duo
a playful practice designed for one adult + one child (ages 6+), with partner poses, gentle movement, and lots of puppy love. the price includes both participants!

❤️ 50% of all ticket sales go directly to the rescue.

stick around after class to chat with Kirsten, the pups’ foster mom, ask questions, and learn more about the puppies. most will become available for adoption, unless they've already found their forever homes!

There are moments in life when something keeps calling you. 🤍

Maybe it's the desire to deepen your practice, the dream of teaching, or simply the feeling that you're ready for something more.

Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is about more than learning to lead a class. It's about understanding yoga beyond the poses, learning about the body, breath, and philosophy, finding your voice, and creating space for your own growth along the way.

Our training begins October 23, and we have some room left.

Over seven weekends, you'll build the foundations to teach yoga while deepening your own relationship with the practice.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to begin.
